OVERVIEW
Welcome to BLINDD8.
BLINDD8 is an independent fashion brand operated by Nordiskt Uppköp & Dödsbohjälp, a Swedish sole proprietorship.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blindd8.com and the purchase of products and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
When using the Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping address.
You agree that information provided by you will be accurate, current and complete.
If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other relevant information.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and other technical factors.
Product measurements and sizing information should be considered alongside any product-specific guidance displayed on the relevant product page.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order if additional verification or processing is required.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability or other material errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount due to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact support@blindd8.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.
Purchases are also subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your storefront or checkout.
For our primary United Kingdom market, prices are displayed in GBP where applicable.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Any change will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed when the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties or other charges will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law and, where applicable, before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers made available at checkout.
The payment methods available to you may depend on your location, device and checkout configuration.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
For customers in the United Kingdom, estimated delivery is 3–10 business days, Monday–Friday, after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Complimentary UK delivery is available on orders over £60.
For orders below £60, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Carrier tracking systems may require some time to update.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify BLINDD8 that you wish to return it.
After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.
To start a return, contact support@blindd8.com and include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will then be provided.
Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions.
For change-of-mind, size-preference or other non-fault returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, contact us before returning it. Where applicable, BLINDD8 will cover reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and assessed.
Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size, colour or product, return the original item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to BLINDD8, Shopify or relevant third parties and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Except where permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, exploit or otherwise use protected content from the Services without permission from the relevant rights holder.
BLINDD8 and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Certain functionality or services may be provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers and other service providers.
The Services may also contain links to third-party websites.
Third-party services and websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
BLINDD8 is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
BLINDD8 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and BLINDD8.
Shopify provides the underlying commerce platform but is not the seller of BLINDD8 products.
Your use of certain Shopify-provided functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain personal information in connection with your use of the store and its ecommerce infrastructure.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected.
11. FEEDBACK AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you voluntarily provide reviews, suggestions, feedback or other content to BLINDD8, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, malicious or otherwise violates the rights of another person.
Where you submit a review, feedback or other content for publication or promotional use, you grant BLINDD8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or override rights available under applicable privacy legislation.
12. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Services is accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges or delivery estimates.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13. PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services to:
• Violate applicable law or regulations;
• Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
• Transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful technology;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts;
• Engage in fraud or deceptive activity;
• Harass, threaten or unlawfully harm another person;
• Collect personal information about others without lawful authority;
• Interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the Services;
• Use automated systems in a manner that unlawfully interferes with or damages the Services.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, BLINDD8 or third parties.
14. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES
We aim to keep the Services available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website or any particular functionality will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
15. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms have been materially breached, fraudulent activity is suspected or security is at risk.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.
16. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Products supplied to consumers remain subject to applicable statutory consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website itself will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or error-free.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, BLINDD8 will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Services or your material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section imposes obligations on consumers that cannot lawfully be imposed under applicable consumer protection legislation.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and, where appropriate, severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
20. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from BLINDD8.
Nothing in these Terms limits representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect our ability to provide the Services without our consent.
BLINDD8 may transfer its rights or obligations where permitted by applicable law, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory rights available to consumers.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
These Terms and our contractual relationship with you are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where you reside.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections available to you under applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court where they are entitled to do so under mandatory applicable law.
23. HEADINGS
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing order or contract.
